How's it going?
My name is Justin Wright, and I’m an instructional designer, graphic designer, and web programmer. As an instructional designer, I’m a firm believer in developing instruction that makes use of technology only when it is appropriate. This means technology must be correctly aligned with the instructional objectives, and add to rather than distract from the overall learning goals. As a graphic designer, I strive to adhere to the elements and principles of design in any project I work on to help produce a graphical layout that communicates to the end user a particular action or response. As a web programmer, I aim to create secure and dynamic database driven sites, which are built with clean efficient code that meets the project’s overall goals.
Dokodemo
Dokodemo is the Japanese word for ‘anywhere’. I feel dokodemo describes my work ethic best because of my ability to adapt to a wide variety of circumstances. Throughout my adventures in life, I’ve had the privilege of being able to travel across the United States, study in Hawaii, and teach and work in Japan. I have gained from these travel experiences social skills, patience, culture awareness, respect for others, and self-confidence. I believe I can design and develop instruction for anyone, anytime, and anywhere!
