As an instructional designer, I have extensive experience in web design and online training. My abilities cover a wide range of applications. I have experience involving the training and development of online courses for higher education. I have also managed and assisted with the training of second language English teachers over in Japan. I can spearhead a project or assist with consultation. I am comfortable working in groups and as an individual.
